For the purposes of UK data protection law, Automated Europe Limited is the data controller for personal data collected through https://slotpal.co.uk.

Important: We do not collect data about your actual casino play, gambling deposits, or balances.

To improve the site — using anonymised analytics data to understand how pages are used and improve content.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

Adverts on SlotPal are delivered by third parties. When an advert loads, your browser contacts the ad provider directly, so the provider receives technical details such as your IP address. Section 6 explains which adverts wait for your cookie choice and which do not.

Affiliate links on SlotPal direct you to casino websites. When you follow an affiliate link, the destination site's own privacy policy applies. We have no control over how those sites process your data.

Demo games on SlotPal are provided by Exactplay and run on their servers at gameserver.exactplay.com. A game is only requested when you choose to play it. When you do, your browser connects to Exactplay, so they receive your IP address and technical details about your browser and device, and their own privacy policy applies to that data. We do not receive or store this information from the game.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies to make SlotPal work and to understand how it is used. When you first visit, a banner asks you to choose between Accept all and Reject non-essential. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page, or with this button:

7. Data Retention

Financial / transaction records — retained for 7 years in accordance with HMRC requirements.
Analytics data — retained in Google Analytics for 14 months (our configured retention period), after which it is automatically deleted.
Contact form submissions — retained for 12 months unless an ongoing relationship or legal matter requires longer retention.
Server logs — retained for 30 days, then automatically purged.

When data is no longer required and there is no legal basis for retaining it, we will securely delete or anonymise it.

8. Your Rights Under UK GDPR

As a data subject under UK GDPR, you have the following rights:

Right of access — you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to rectification — you can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right to erasure — you can ask us to delete your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
Right to restriction — you can ask us to limit how we process your data in certain circumstances.
Right to data portability — where processing is based on consent or contract, you can ask for your data in a portable format.
Right to object — you can object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@slotpal.co.uk. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

9. International Transfers

Our primary infrastructure is hosted within the EU (DigitalOcean). However, some of our processors, including Google (US), operate globally. Where data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on:

Google is enrolled in the UK International Data Transfer Agreement framework.

10. Children

SlotPal is a gambling-adjacent platform. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this site or register for any product. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at privacy@slotpal.co.uk and we will delete it.
