Sweet Bonanza, released in 2019, is widely credited as one of the games that made Pragmatic Play’s name with players. A Christmas edition followed in November 2019, then Sweet Bonanza 1000 in June 2024 and Sweet Bonanza 2500 in April 2026. The brand also has a live game show, Sweet Bonanza CandyLand, in Pragmatic Play’s live casino.

Core mechanics: Six reels and five rows, with no paylines and no wild. Eight or more matching symbols anywhere on the grid win, and winning symbols tumble away so new ones can drop in. In free spins, multiplier bombs worth 2x to 100x land, and their total is applied at the end of a winning tumble sequence.

Key figures (our review): 96.48% RTP and a 21,175x maximum win. Sources vary slightly on both, and some give 21,100x.
